Head Painting Demo

I'm in the process of painting a demo of a head for my students using an opaque underpainting technique. This process is commonly referred to as "loading the whites " and is a great way to solve the majority of problems in a given picture. I painted this in acrylics and next I will glaze in the color using oils.
